Cal Golden Bears

You have to see it to believe it, and even then, you might have your doubts. Ryan Mason, a senior pitcher for the University of California, threw a baseball through a free-falling cyclinder.

What. Can we get that in slow-motion?

Okay, now real speed.

According to Yahoo! Sports, this trick shot occurred in the Golden Bears' bullpen before the game. Trying to throw a ball through the tube is a common hobby in Berkeley, although no pitcher before Mason has ever actually gotten a ball through. Lucky for Mason, TV cameras happened to catch the moment, which was not being taped by the pitchers.

Mason's mother, Allison, posted his subsequent interview on the Pac-12 Network.

Cal lost the actual game, 5-1, to Stanford. But even the smarty-pants Stanford kids couldn't do what Mason did.
